Come and learn about the wonders of winter. What is mother earth offering us during these shorter frosty days? How we can create delicious food to nourish our bodies during the coldest months of the year?
Together we will create an engaging lovely evening, sharing food and conversations, talking about winter vegetables and wild ingredients in vegan cooking from starter to dessert.
We will open the evening enjoying a delicious bubbly drink while diving into the magic of lactofermentation, preparing facto ferment rainbow carrots with fennel seeds and ginger.
Esme will also talk you through the making of a rich and special gluten free bread, which recipe you will later take home.
To learn about food also means learning about our body, about nature and our impact on the world around us. For this reason we would kindly ask you to bring with you an empty jar (250g\300g) to use for the lactofermed carrots you will bring home.
We are together on a journey attempting to have the least impact on nature, which means trying to be as zero waste as possible.

We won't be serving any alcoholic beverages, but you are more than welcome to bring your own favorite Wine for the evening. Soft drinks are availabel as usual.
