Sit-down dinner with plant-based chef Esmeralda Mochino

Come and learn about the wonders of fermented foods! During this evening we will explore the principles of fermentation. Guided by chef Esmeralda you will walk through the fermented world, discovering kitchen methods, taste fermented delicacies and the great properties of these in relation to the health of your body!
The evening is designed for you to learn about plant-based fermented foods. A little demonstration will take place, and following you will enjoy a sit-down course dinner centred on bubbly foods from starter to desert.
As part of the event you will be bringing home a little jar of Turmeric Fennel Sauerkraut. To keep the event as zero waste as possible we would like to ask you to bring along with you a small empty jar (250g).
BYO (Bring your own bottle)
We won't be serving any alcoholic beverages, but you are more than welcome to bring your own favorite Wine for the evening.
